How does EMS training work?

EMS stands for Electric Muscle Stimulation and it has been widely used in physiotherapy for decades achieving great results. Its rapidly expanding use as a Whole Body Training method provides the perfect combination of a highly effective strength and cardio training.

Electric Impulses are generated and delivered to the skin surface through the electrodes which are located on the EMS suit. The impulses cause the muscles to contract. Activating muscle fibers in a non-regular order makes training even more effective.
